What to Bring
- Photo ID and insurance card
- List of current medications
- Referral from your physician (if required)
- Any relevant medical records or imaging
Before Your Procedure
- Follow all pre-operative instructions provided
- Arrange for a responsible adult to drive you home
- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
- Do not eat or drink after midnight (unless directed otherwise)
