Azie holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman's University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, where she refined her focus on operational efficiency and strategic planning. Her career spans roles in clinical operations, multi-site practice management, and healthcare consulting — equipping her with a deep understanding of how great systems support great care.

Joyce
With more than three decades of dedicated experience in healthcare, Joyce brings seasoned expertise, steady leadership, and heartfelt compassion to Abbassi Surgical Associates. Beginning her career at just 23 years old, Joyce has devoted over 30 years to caring for patients with excellence, integrity, and unwavering professionalism.
A Nationally Certified Medical Assistant and graduate of the National Education of America in Fort Worth, Joyce has built a career defined by consistency, trust, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. In addition to her extensive clinical experience, she served as a CMA Instructor at Paris Junior College, where she mentored and trained future medical assistants — a reflection of her leadership and commitment to elevating standards within the profession.
